As stated on our product page, each item is made to order. This means that when you place your order we will start making it! We appreciate your patience with our small shop.

Once they’re shipped the domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days.
Worldwide shipping (generally) $20.00 flat rate with a max of 4 tees | 5-10 Business Days. International orders are unavailable for returns or exchanges.
Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
A few notes about shipping
We do not have a working relationship with USPS. With that said, once our orders are taken to the post office, we have little control (aside from tracking the package) over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally USPS drops the ball and sends your package on a trip of its own. We get as frustrated by this as you do. Please know that if we could hand deliver each and every one of our orders, we would.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.
On regular priced shirts, we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 14 days of your order. We do not accept returns. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and/or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions so we can help!
Changes to orders
We do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. Of course, we'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.
Custom and personalized orders

We recommend washing our tees on the delicate cycle with cold water and tumbling dry on low. Shirts that are printed on 100% combed ringspun cotton fine jersey tees may appear slightly faded after washing; in actuality, this is the cotton fibers underneath the black ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash. If ironing is your jam, please do not do so over the ink.
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Our apologies.
The item I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
We use Instagram often to announce new products and restocks of our favorite products. If you follow there, @ladoru, you will be 'in the know'.
When will you be having a sale?
We do a very limited number of sales throughout the year. If you join our mailing list, you'll enjoy secret sales and the perks of being the first to know about new releases and all sorts of other good stuff.
